Completion Requirements
For AHNA CNE Hours in
First Degree Reiki
through
Traditional Reiki Institute

To complete First Degree Reiki training,
participants wishing to receive AHNA CE hours must:
  • Attend all segments of the class for which they have registered;

  • Receive the four (4) attunements necessary to open Reiki
    in the hands of practitioners in strict Traditional lineages of Reiki;

  • Practice locating the aura and chakras on others during class;

  • Practice giving Reiki hands-on in class using the hand positions
    that are part of Traditional Reiki training.


    • By the end of training in First Degree Reiki, Nurses receiving AHNA CE hours through
    the Traditional Reiki Institute must be able to:     .

  • Explain the fundamentals of Reiki energy as it relates to healing in
    general and to their nursing practice;

  • Demonstrate hands-on positions used in the Gray lineage for Reiki
    treatments on self as well as on clients/patients;

  • Use Reiki healing energy to assist others in their healing;

  • Use Reiki healing energy to help heal themselves.
