Accommodations are provided by StoneWind Retreat to Institute attendees at a preferred rate (IPR), usually a 15-20% discount depending on time of year. In high season, (May - October), Retreat facilities fill up quickly on weekends, so onsite accommodations may not be available. Off-site accommodations close by can be found on the Chi Kung registration page. Deluxe Yurt Cabins (see SW Retreat) have hot tubs on the decks; the one Vacation Yurt Cabin is identical to the Deluxe Cabins except for the hot tub. Please note we have only one Vacation Cabin with two full beds for a roommate arrangement. Roommates are only assigned on a request/permission basis. Policies

• All Class and Accommodation Fees are due in full at the time of registration. All credit cards are accepted.
• All rates are based on double occupancy. We are unable to assign roommates; those wishing to share a Yurt Cabin must work out arrangements and let us know who will be occupying. We cannot take responsibility for roommate cancellations.
• Lodging Rates are per night unless otherwise specified with a 2 night minimum stay in Deluxe Cabins.
• Our accommodations are designed for two adults. Three may occupy
  with an Additional Person Charge ($35.00) if the third person is an adult.
• Under special circumstances, four+ adults are permitted in the Vacation Yurt when all are attending a class. Requests for more than three occupants requires a waiver from StoneWind Retreat. Those wishing to share a Yurt Cabin with more than three must work out arrangements, call to see if a waiver is possible, and let us know who will be occupying. We cannot take responsibility for roommate cancellations.
• To receive the Institute Preferred Rate (IPR), you must enroll or be enrolled in a class or event and be staying two nights if in a Deluxe Yurt. Attendees may choose between the Vacation Yurt or the Deluxe Yurt with a private hot tub on the deck, the only difference being Deluxe Yurts have hot tubs and additional privacy on the decks. Spouses and partners may stay in the Cabin if one is enrolled in the class. We do not exceed the three person limit for non-attendees.
• Extended Stay: Institute Attendees may extend their stay in their original accommodations by two nights at the Preferred Rate providing the extension comes immediately before or immediately after the event.
• Check-in is between 3:00pm - 6:00pm.
• Late Check-In after 6:00 PM is available with advance notice.
• Accommodations are not available for children or pets.
• Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas and on decks but not in the Yurt Cabins.
• All lodging accommodations are subject to availability.
• Registration for classes other than First Degree Reiki, Meditation, and Special Events is by phone only at 1-888-369-0049.

CANCELLATIONS

Class Fee Refund: For cancellations made more than seven days prior to an event, you may choose either to apply the fee to future classes or to receive a refund. If we refund the fee, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Since cabin accommodations are reserved upon registration, cancellations within seven days of the event means facilities and class space cannot always be filled at the last minute. Therefore, Fees for classes that are cancelled within seven days prior to the event will be refunded only if the space is taken up by someone else; otherwise, the retained fee may be applied to a future class. Cancellations must be done by phone with a cancellation number received. Email cancellations will not be accepted.

Accommodation Fee Refund: Fees for accommodations cancelled more than seven days prior to an event will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Fees for accommodations cancelled within seven days of the event will be refunded only if the cabin can be rented, and there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be done by phone with a cancellation number received. Email cancellations will not be accepted. Only one $25.00 cancellation fee is required when classes and accommodations are cancelled at the same time.
