Dates: The program will begin
Friday November 7th at 1:00 pm and will conclude on Sunday, November 9th at 12:00 pm.
The price includes family style dinners on Friday and Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday. As a part of the program, you will be invited to fast from sunrise until sunset on Saturday. The Soul Quest is limited to eight participants, and the program is intended for people who are in residence at StoneWind.
Location: The Soul Quest will be held on the 160 acre mountain top campus of StoneWind Retreat at Chester, Arkansas midway between Ft. Smith and Fayetteville in the beautiful Boston Mountains. The Retreat is within easy drive of Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma, and of course Arkansas via I-40. The closest airports are Ft. Smith (30 min.) and Fayetteville, AR (1 hr). Facilities: Four of StoneWind's beautiful Yurt Cabins have been resesrved: three suitable for double occupancy, one designed for triple occupancy. Participants may register individually, with a cabin mate, or as a couple. StoneWind will make every effort to pair those who wish to share a yurt with a suitable cabin mate but cannot guarantee that double or triple occupancy by individuals will be feasible. If you wish to attend as an individual, it is best to bring a friend to share the Yurt Cabin and the Soul Quest.
StoneWind's Yurt Cabins are elegantly furnished and ideal for long or short term stays with 709 sf, fully equipped kitchens, large shower baths, washers and dryers, central heat and air, log flame gas stoves, custom beds, and a range of amenities to make your stay fun and convenient. There are two types of Yurt Cabins available for the Program--the Deluxe Yurt Cabin with a hot tub on the deck, and the Vacation Yurt Cabin, which is identical in design and furnishings to the Deluxe Cabin only without the hot tub. Participants are given special rates through StoneWind Institute, but the rates vary between Vacation and Deluxe Cabins.

This program, based on the concept of the Vision Quest and led by Vision Quest guide, Tom Anderson, uses ancient tools such as The Way of Council, The Medicine Wheel, and Animal Guides to awaken and express the messages our souls are yearning to share.

Friday, there will be time spent in council becoming clearer about what it is that you have come to receive.
Saturday you will have an entire day on your own on the land to listen and to look deeply into the mirror of nature. The group will gather on Saturday evening to break bread, share stories of the day and begin to discern the messages contained in them.
Sunday the program will conclude with an incorporation council where each participant will become clearer about how they will take their message home and into the world.

Tom Anderson
...is an explorer and guide whose mission is to serve the world by awakening a sense of purpose in its people. Tom has Vision Quested and trained as a guide with Rites of Passage and has also received training in deep soul exploration work with Animas Valley Institute. Additionally, Tom has many hours of spirit-based training through Unity Institute.
Following insights reveled on his first Vision Quest experience, Tom has answered the call to bring the teaching he received back to a wider audience. These teachings help people discover their deep souls' callings so that they might better serve themselves, their communities, and the world.
Through the Vision Quest model of personal development, Tom invites people into the world of the imagination where everything is a mirror to the secrets of the soul.
Tom believes that humanity is at a crossroads - one filled simultaneously with both danger and blissful possibility. Tom's role is to help those who are beginning to feel this soul-tug understand its meaning and message in their own individual lives and then to guide them to a place where they can begin to live a life that is purposeful and passionate, for in living our deepest purpose, we not only serve ourselves, but we serve the world as well.
Tom, age 46, makes his home in Overland Park, Kansas along with his wife Leslie and their two children Wesley and Kate.
